Livhub Child Safety and Anti-Exploitation

Livhub is
committed to providing a safe and reliable environment for all users,
especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child
abuse, exploitation, or sexualization. Users who violate Livhub's
policy on protecting minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) will
be immediately removed from the platform and may face legal action.

Restrictions
- Minimum
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to use Livhub.

Prohibition of Age Falsification: Any attempt to falsify age to access the
platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or
removal.
- Detection
Systems: Livhub employs both automated and manual
systems to detect underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
(CSEA). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.

Sexualization of Minors and CSEA:
- Sharing, creating, or distributing
content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Content involving minor-related
fetishes, including discussions, sexualized performances, or wearing sexualized
clothing.
- Any form of child nudity or sexualized
depictions, including artistic forms such as drawings or animations.
- Harmful or
Dangerous Activities Involving Minors:
- Threatening, encouraging, or
inflicting physical violence on minors.
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or
manipulation of minors.
- Depicting or encouraging dangerous
activities involving minors.
- Promoting or depicting neglect or
trafficking of minors.
#Appearance
of Minors on the Platform

Prohibition of Minor Content: The appearance of minors in live streams, videos,
or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.
- Account
Management: Creating or managing accounts for minors is prohibited.
- Age
Falsification: Attempting to falsify age to access the platform is prohibited.
#Reporting
Mechanism
- Reporting
Incidents: Incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National
Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant agencies as
required by applicable law.
- User
Reporting: Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting
feature or by contacting iaerrychat2022@gmail.com.

Users
- Criminal
Convictions: Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not
limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are
strictly prohibited from using Livhub.

Penalties: All violations of the child safety policy will result in immediate
account penalties.

Enforcement Cooperation: Depending on the severity of the violation, Livhub may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for
investigation.

the platform.
- Providing tips and reminders during
content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations.
