This is Livhub's Privacy Policy ("Livhub","we","our"), which has been incorporated and is governed by our Terms of Use. Please continue reading to learn about our data processing practices. By accessing our website www.ihubgo.info ("the Site") or using our Livhub mobile application ("the App") or any services provided therein (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use these Services.

When you visit our website or application, we may collect your data as described below. When you register and use our account, we will collect your data to provide services. The type of data we collect depends on how you use our application and services.

2. The information we collect

When you visit and use our website or application, install an application on your device, or register for a Livhub account, we collect some of your personally identifiable information so that we can provide you with services. For more details about this information, see below.

2.1 Registration and account data

When you install a service and/or register an Livhub account on your device, it may collect your personal and/or non-personal identity information. Registration and account data are divided into two types: Data-this data is important to help us provide you with the connection and friend features in our services.

The information you provide (optional) -You can also choose to provide additional personal identification information, such as your photos or videos, self-description, and detailed interests (for example, on your profile page). Providing this information is entirely voluntary. We store this information to facilitate your use of the service,for example, synchronizing your Livhub account across different devices.

We will also send you marketing messages according to the laws of your country/region,for example, when our service has new products or updates, and if your settings allow, through third-party services and client applications to help others find your account. You can use email and mobile notification settings to control the notifications you receive from us.

In addition to video calling, you can also use the personal messaging service in our app. When you communicate with others by sending or receiving messages, we store and process your communications and related information. This includes scanning for malicious content, detecting abusive and prohibited images, and using reported issues. We also use the information about who you communicate with and when (but not the content of these communications) to better understand your usage of our services, to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

2.2. Location information

"Location data" refers to information obtained from your GPS (GPS coordinates), WIFI (approximate city location), and IP address (country location). This information may be disclosed to us or other users, or both. We need location data to securely set up and maintain your account, provide you with our services, and ensure the integrity and security of these services. Your current location is crucial for the effective operation of our services, helping us ensure the correct expected connection.

As a result, we may collect, use and store other information about your location,such as your current exact location or where you have previously used our services,to operate or personalize our services, including establishing more relevant connections.

2.3 Log data

We receive information, which we call "log data," when you view content or otherwise interact with our services.

For example, when you visit our website, log in to our services, interact with our email notifications, or use your account to authenticate third-party services, we may receive information about you. This log data includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, configuration information provided by Livhub applications or desktop browsers, referenced web pages, visited pages, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms (including those not submitted as queries), and cookie information. When you click, view, or interact with links in our services, or when you connect on Livhub, we also receive log data along with general information about your communications on Livhub, such as who you are communicating with, the dates and duration of communications (but not the content, unless required for security and protection reasons), and whether you have installed other applications through our services. We use log data to operate our services and ensure their secure, reliable, and robust performance. The purpose of using log data is to protect account security, determine what content is popular on our services, and importantly, log data helps you establish new and old connections on Livhub. We also use this data to improve our services and enhance our marketing effectiveness. We also use metadata, which means information about the projects you provide through Livhub, such as the date or location of your connection through the Livhub app, and we do not retain log data for more than 30 days.

2.4. Other third parties and affiliated companies

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as partners who help us evaluate the security and quality of our platform's content, our corporate affiliates, and other services to which you link to your account.

We use the information we receive to run our services. For officially supported integrations, you can revoke this permission from your app Settings at any time; for other integrations, please visit the other services you have connected to.

You may provide us with payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address, to purchase goods as part of our services. If you make payments or transfers through our features or services, including via intermediaries, we may receive information about your transactions, such as the transaction time.

2.5 Personalization based on your inferred identity

When you log in to Livhub through a browser or device, we associate that browser or device with your account for purposes such as authentication, security, and personalization. Depending on your settings, we may also link your account to other browsers or devices used for logging into Livhub (or to devices or browsers you have logged out of). When you provide additional information to Livhub, including an email address, we associate this information with your Livhub account. Depending on your settings, we may use this information to infer other details about you, such as by linking your account to a hash value of an email address that shares common components with the one you provided. We do this to operate and personalize our services.

2.6 During the use of App

Device Information-Livhub may collect and store information about your device (s) used to install and access applications, such as your device model, unique device identifier, IP address, device features and page views.

Your Activity-Livhub may collect and store information about your and others 'usage and activities on the app and our website, including matches, the number of matches completed by members, match duration, SMS sends, music selected via the app's messaging service, and usage by geographic location. We need to access your device to use and copy your photos as profile pictures, as well as any photos/media files you choose to share, so that we can reproduce this content on the app and our website. We also need to access your camera/microphone and record video/audio to provide videos and audio, including music files and related files, enabling you to enjoy the services while using the app and our website, and helping us meet compliance requirements, such as ensuring that individuals under 18 cannot use our app or website.

The content you share-Livhub allows you to share your personal information, interests, messages, photos, screenshots, videos, music, and other communication content with other users within the app. If you choose to do so, your in-app personal information, interests, messages, photos, screenshots, videos, music choices, and other communication content will be stored on our servers. Additionally, if you choose to share these items with other users on Livhub, we may not be able to delete them from our servers or make them unavailable to anyone who has shared them. By choosing to share this information, you agree that you may no longer have control over how this information is used and that it may become public (partly depending on your actions or those of other users when sharing information).Livhub does not take responsibility for any use or misuse of the information you share with other users. For more information about who you can choose to share content with, please refer to section 7 below.

Content you create-We may also collect and store all user content you create or post on the App (such as photos, screenshots, comments, interests and other materials) ("User Content").

Regarding transactions conducted through our services,To complete a transaction, you need to provide payment information, including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. At that time, we will securely transmit your information directly to third-party providers or merchants, who will collect this information to process and complete your purchase.Livhub May handle or store your payment information. However, we may also store other purchase information from your app, which may include merchant names, transaction dates, times, amounts, and other behavioral data such as your purchase history.

Error Report Information If the application crashes or fails to run properly, we also collect error report information to investigate errors and enhance the stability of the application, preparing for future versions. Typically, these reports do not contain personal identity information or only occasionally involve it. The information included in these error reports includes device type and version, device identifier, time of error occurrence, functions used, and the state of the application at the time of the error. We will not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and fixing errors.

2.7. You visit our website

We may use online tracking techniques, such as Cookie, pixel tags, web beacons and other similar technologies to automatically collect the following information:

The number of times you visit our website, such as your browsing history, the amount of time you spend on our site and how often you visit us.

Location information you provide when interacting with our website via mobile devices or other devices, including your IP address and approximate geographic location; and the devices you use to browse our website (such as your device ID, operating system, device type, browser type and version, mobile app crashes and other system activities, as well as third-party websites you have visited prior to using our services).

You have the right to disable any of these online tracking technologies. These technologies help us ensure that you can log in to your account securely, develop our services through data analysis, and create new services for users. 2.8 Age

This service is not intended for children or individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal identity information from children or individuals under eighteen (18) as part of our service. However, we will gather information about your age to ensure that underage users do not become part of our platform, thereby maintaining the security of our services and using third parties to help us maintain the correct age configuration of the application. If we realize that we have inadvertently received or collected personal identity information from users under eighteen (18) as part of our service, we will remove such information from our records. If you are under eighteen (18), please do not use this service.

3. Your user profile

You can access, control, and modify your user profile (your "personal information") at any time in the application. This includes your personal profile picture and videos, name, interests, personal profile, language you use, and your birthday, all of which can be shared with your Livhub contacts. Therefore, make sure to only share content you wish to include in your profile. Your personal information will be accessible to other users who are connected to your application. Additionally, your personal information will also be discoverable by other users through the contact list in the application, which shows how close you are to other users.

You can also choose to "block" any other Livhub users in the app's contact list, which will prevent them from accessing your profile at any time. You can delete or update your profile information in the app; for specific instructions, please refer to Section 13 below and our Security Center.

4. Purpose and use of personal information

In the collection and use of your data, we follow the principle of data minimization and ensure that your data is used only for the purposes stated below. We will only process data related to services and other relevant business purposes, including:

4.1 Provide services for you

Connect you to other users in the App;

Allows you to share your profile with other users on the App;

Provide video and audio calling functions for your application;

Allows you to send images and videos through the app;

Show you the names of the people you are communicating with, and show your name to the people you are communicating with on the App;

Offers you certain features of the App, which may be offered to you from time to time, such as our premium services (see our Terms of Use), playing games and sharing/playing music during video calls.

In order to provide you with better and relevant contact, provide you with additional benefits, and in order to provide you with updates on our services.

4.2 Help us manage and maintain your account and user profile on the App

Create and update your account, and send you any management notifications, alerts, and communications related to your use of the App.

This service facilitates networking opportunities and provides you with location or interest information related to other users of the App.

We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our services, including through surveys, research, statistics and analysis, as well as user habits and behaviors such as transaction history, online interactions, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.

Processing and processing payments for any transactions conducted through third party providers via services.

We use the information we have to send you marketing communications and notifications (including details of our membership loyalty program); communicate with you about our services, and let you know about our policies and terms.

We will also use your information to respond to you when we contact you.

To meet the objectives of auditing, compliance, control, security, and other risk management, we use the information at our disposal to verify accounts and activities, combat harmful behavior, detect and prevent other adverse experiences and illegal actions, maintain the integrity of our services, and promote safety and security. For example, we combine automated detection technologies with manual review of data to investigate suspicious activities or violations of terms and policies, such as this Privacy Policy, and allow you to report and contact us if you have any issues to raise.

4.4 Business management, including data and record management

Establish, exercise and/or defend our legal rights.

Comply with our legal, regulatory and reporting requirements to regulators.

Ensure user security through content review.

Transactions involving Livhub, such as the purchase or sale of business units, acquisitions, mergers, asset sales or other similar events.

So that we can provide you with services and fulfill our contractual obligations.

Enable us to fulfill our contractual obligations with StarBird Group and third parties.

4.5 Information between our services

We connect your information and activities on Livhub with other applications and services we offer to provide you with a wide range of engagement experiences and a more customized and consistent service experience.

5. Legal basis for processing your data

There are a variety of different legal reasons for processing your data when you use our services. We process your data based on one or more of the following grounds.

To fulfill our contract (with your terms of use)

Legitimate interests. If it is necessary to process our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, such as fraud prevention, cybersecurity and information protection, internal management purposes, unless your interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms that need to be protected are exceeded.

Your consent. If you have agreed to us processing your personal information for specific purposes, such as providing our services and other items you request.

Compliance with the law. Where it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or requirements.

For the public interest, or to protect your or someone else's significant interests.

6. Share "shared information" with third party partners

We provide information and content to subsidiaries, suppliers, and service providers that support our business, such as by offering technical infrastructure services, analyzing our service usage, providing customer service, security services, facilitating payments, music sharing, or conducting surveys. Your information may be disclosed or transferred to other users, subsidiaries within the StarBird Group, or third-party partners for any of the aforementioned purposes, to provide you with services, including:

Your publicly visible information and personal data may include your Livhub ID, name, gender, region and photo, date of birth, interests, in-app music playlists, etc.;

All information you provide to other users or information about you provided by other Livhub users;

The parent company, subsidiary, affiliate and/or branch (collectively referred to as the "StarBird Group") that supports App or website services and integrates your information with our other applications to deliver and perform services;

We or any agent, contractor of StarBird Group members, including IT companies supporting our websites and other business systems, back office service providers, payment service providers, data management and analysis service providers and data cleansing service providers, directly market to companies and mail companies with your consent to help us manage electronic and mail communications;

Telecom operators, third-party collection agencies, credit inquiry agencies, security agencies (including identity authentication service providers), credit providers, banks, financial institutions (including any payment processing agencies) and other relevant third parties;

Any professional consultants (including our legal counsel and auditors);

Any regulatory body, law enforcement agency, court or other government agency;

And the distribution or transfer of any part of our business or operations, actual or proposed.

7. You may choose the parties with whom you share user content

The information or content you voluntarily disclose or post on the application, such as your user-generated content, will be open to the public. Once you share this user-generated content or make it public, it may be viewed and re-shared by others, and once the content is public, its spread may not be stopped.

Even if you delete any user-generated content created or posted on the App (such as screenshots, etc.), copies of such user-generated content may remain in the App's cache and archive pages, or if other users or third parties copy or save such information (such as using Google, etc.).

You share any personally identifiable information in the following circumstances: (i) by sharing it with other users in the application via text messages, photos, videos, or other means. (ii) through real-time message submissions on the application, where others can view and use this information.Livhub We do not assume responsibility for any use or misuse of such information you share or submit.

8. Direct marketing

If you choose to receive direct marketing content from us through your notifications, you agree that we may use your personal identity information;

Send you direct marketing communications, such as newsletters about diamond products, updates on news, events, updates, offers, contests, and promotions, communications related to our services, or analyze your preferences, online behavior, and transaction history to gain insights, so we can tailor updates, promotions, offers, and services through our website, apps, direct marketing communications, social media, or other communication channels like email.

We always seek your consent before sending you direct marketing communications. You can choose not to receive such direct marketing communications from us at any time. Please refer to the "Your Data Protection Rights" section below.

9. Data access and deletion

You always have control over what information you choose to share with us on the App (except for information that we have indicated must be provided by you). To do this, you can change the Settings in the App or mobile device. Or, you can delete the App from your mobile device altogether.

You can choose to delete your data at any time. If you request us to remove your account, we will make reasonable commercial efforts to remove your data from our servers, but we must comply with any applicable laws or other requirements to retain certain personal identity records. Please note that removing your personal identity data from our database may result in us being unable to provide you with services.

10. Exit link

If you visit websites or applications provided by third parties, including through apps or websites, these third parties may also collect your information. We do not own nor control the privacy policies of third-party websites or applications, and we are not responsible for them. For more information on how they collect and use your information, please refer to each third party's privacy policy. This privacy policy does not apply to the exchange of information between you and any such third party.

11. Safety

Protecting your privacy and personal information is Livhub's top priority. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all personally identifiable information you provide to us. We conduct stress tests on our systems to help us improve. Access to all personally identifiable information is strictly limited to employees, contractors, agents of Livhub and StarBird Group, as well as third-party partners and service providers who need to know this information to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support, or improve services or to perform any purpose described in this privacy policy.Livhub implements appropriate technical and physical security measures, such as password protection, access logs, and system monitoring, to ensure the confidentiality and security of all user information, preventing any loss or unauthorized disclosure, use, and modification.

However, because of the inherent nature of the Internet and related technologies, we cannot guarantee that information under our control will not be lost, misused or altered.

Your information may be stored and processed in any country where Livhub or StarBird Group and its service providers have facilities. For this purpose, or to share or disclose data as described in this Privacy Policy, Livhub reserves the right to transmit information outside your country. By using this service, you agree to having your information transmitted outside your country.Livhub and StarBird Group share infrastructure, systems, and technology to provide innovative, relevant, consistent, and secure experiences across all StarBird Group applications, including the Livhub application you use. We also process your information within the StarBird Group in accordance with applicable laws and their terms and policies to achieve these purposes.

When we transmit personal information internationally, we take protective measures in accordance with applicable laws. If you would like to know more about our practices regarding the transmission of personal data, please contact us through the contact information listed in the "Contact Information" section.

We may also use anonymous or aggregated personal information for analytical purposes. This helps us develop new services and improve existing ones, conduct fraud detection and account security analysis, analyze usage trends, and provide basic statistics on how Livhub users engage with their services to third-party service providers.

12. Keep your data

We will retain your personal data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy only for as long as necessary, unless required by law to do so. Once we no longer need your personal data, we will irreversibly anonymize or securely delete it from our servers.

13. Your data protection rights

Livhub We want to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. In particular, you have the right to.

You have the right to obtain confirmation from Livhub that your personal information is being processed and, if so, you may request a copy of your personal information.

13.5 Right to Restriction on Processing

You have the right to object and request restrictions on the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You have the right to receive your personal information provided to Livhub in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer such personal information from Livhub to another controller without hindrance by Livhub, where:

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information at any time on grounds relating to your personal circumstances.

15.Cookie Policy

Cookie Are small text files that are stored on your browser or device by websites, applications, online media and advertising when you visit a website.

We use cookie and other similar identity recognition technologies, such as web beacons and pixel tags, in our websites, applications, emails, and online ads for various purposes, including verifying users; remembering user preferences and settings to enhance your experience when you visit our sites or apps again; providing relevant content and ads based on your preferences, location, and usage patterns; monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the operation of our websites and apps; tracking and measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; analyzing traffic to our websites, apps, and those of our partners or StarBird Group members.

Most browsers default to accepting cookie or prompting you to do so, but you have the freedom to remove or block all browser cookie. However, if you turn off cookie, some of our services may not function properly, and you will not be able to enjoy the most efficient and personalized experience.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time based on our own judgment. You can check updates to our Privacy Policy at any time through links on the website. You agree to receive electronic communications and/or announcements of revised versions of the Privacy Policy published on the website, and you agree that these electronic communications or announcements constitute notice of our Privacy Policy.

If we make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by publishing the revised Privacy Policy, posting notices on our website, popping up notifications in our apps, or otherwise as required by law.
